If you’re unhappy
If you’re not happy with your shoes when they arrive, we will refund the full cost of the shoe (providing they have only been tried on a carpet and are unmarked) if you return them within 21 days.
Remember: it’s best to try on shoes in the afternoon, as that is when your feet are their largest.
Faults
If your shoe has a manufacturing fault, we will replace your shoe (if it’s still available), replace it with an alternative shoe, or refund your money. Please check at the Clinic for full details.
