If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Item condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned e.g:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Refund Options:
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
- Exchange: You may exchange the item for a different size or colour, if available.
- Store Credit: You may opt for a store credit to be used for future purchases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 working days.
Shipping costs
- Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
